Nathan Henshaw is licensed to practice law in Alaska and Utah and is the founder of Henshaw Law. He actively litigates throughout the State of Alaska, and his practice areas include: Business Law, Family Law, Criminal Defense, Appeals, and other transactional and litigation matters. He graduated from the University of Utah Law School in 2019.

During Law School, Nathan was a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, receiving the best brief award in the intermountain Region. He also completed a fellowship at the University of Oxford in 2018 (Institute for Ethics, Law and Armed Conflict). Nathan received a scholarship to intern for the Jordanian Government (Ministry of Social Development) in Amman, Jordan in 2017 where he also studied Arabic.

Nathan completed his undergraduate studies at Utah State University and received degrees in Economics (BA) and International Business (BS) in 2013. During his time at Utah State University, he received a scholarship to live in a rural village in Ghana, where he taught business development classes and distributed micro-loans to aspiring entrepreneurs. Upon completing his undergraduate studies, he worked for Goldman Sachs in their Private Wealth Management Division.

As a 19-year-old, he lived in Norway for two years where he fell in love with the topography, and then turned his interest to living in Alaska. He speaks Norwegian fluently, and Arabic functionally. Mr. Henshaw spends his free time exploring the outdoors, traveling, reading, and enjoying time with his family.
