Hannah Shuman, Lead Paralegal
Hannah Shuman is the Lead Paralegal at Henshaw Law and has a passion for assisting our clients through the difficulties of the legal process. She is detail oriented and takes great pride in having the ability think outside the box when tackling complicated issues. Prior to joining Henshaw Law, Hannah worked as a legal assistant focusing primarily on Family Law. She attended Arizona State University where she studied biochemistry.
Hannah attributes her work ethic to her formative years in Bristol Bay assisting her family with their air charter business. Prior to working in the legal field, Hannah worked seasonally for the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, where she studied the sockeye salmon species on the Naknek River. In her free time, Hannah enjoys back country skiing, snow machining, fishing, painting, and flying with her family.
Brittany Murray, Paralegal
Brittany Murray joined Henshaw Law as a seasoned Paralegal with a primary focus in civil litigation. She has a wide variety of knowledge and experience in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, and immigration. Brittany maintains a professional and ethical work standard, and has a firm set of skills focusing on strategic litigation support in discovery, records management, and extensive trial preparation. Brittany graduated from University of Alaska, Anchorage with her associate degree in Applied Science with a major in Paralegal Studies. She continues to further her education by being proactive in professional affiliations within local and national legal support organizations.
When Brittany has spare time she enjoys traveling, off roading, hunting, fishing, and riding her motorcycle. She has a love for the outdoors and has a tendency for finding adventure in all activities.
Kaitlyn Krohn, Paralegal
Kaitlyn Krohn joined Henshaw Law as a litigation paralegal with an interest in business. She has an exceptional aptitude for research and enjoys applying her critical thinking skills to evaluate evidence. She is always seeking to expand her knowledge and take on new challenges.
Kaitlyn graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management. She followed a lifelong dream of moving to Alaska. Prior to working in the legal field, Kaitlyn spent time in a manufacturing environment, where she gained business operations and leadership experience. She also held a summer job educating tourists about sled dogs. Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys outdoor activities, reading, writing, photography, watercolor painting, and has a keen passion for dog mushing.
